Description
This English Quince Paste, made by England Preserves in Bermondsey, is fragrant and full of flavour. It is made with whole quinces (as opposed to just the juice used in Spanish quince paste). This gives it a more intense taste and a slightly gritty, jammy texture. It makes a wonderful sweet accompaniment to cheese and is especially delicious alongside blue cheeses.
