Description
There are no two cases in American jurisprudence more alike than Slavery (via Dred Scott) and Abortion (Roe v. Wade). Both decisions dehumanized groups of human beings and allowed the sale, trade, or slaughter of their lives simply because they were not considered to be created equal. The billion-dollar institution of slavery was simply replaced by the billion-dollar industry of abortion.
